Founded in Superman’s creative birthplace of Cleveland, Ohio, Lois Consulting was created by two professionals who have more than 60 years of experience that originated in journalism and morphed into serving others – like the legend of Lois Lane. Without Lois Lane’s curiosity, concern, and commitment to conveying Superman’s mission, the hero’s good works may have gone unnoticed. We want your mission to be noticed.

Cindy Naegele
A nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of experience, Cindy Naegele has a strong record of building individual, corporate, and community connections while securing transformational gifts. Cindy has created, planned and revamped signature, mission-focused events that gain nonprofits visibility, attendance, and new donors. Her knowledge of strategic planning, involvement with Leadership and Board governance, and ability to analyze data and respond to trends enable Cindy to secure grants that create impact.
Before her nonprofit career, Cindy was an investigative journalist who garnered two Associated Press awards for investigative reporting.

Amy Castelli
A trailblazer in the communications field for over 30 years, Amy Castelli has been a news broadcaster in Cleveland and Washington DC, a public relations executive and a media relations pro. Nonprofit organizations have sought Amy’s counsel on communications plans, narratives, crisis strategy and media visibility. Her work has elevated both nonprofit and for-profit clients, enhancing image and mission through thoughtful storytelling, innovative communications, and relationship building.
Amy has been intimately involved in the planning of signature events from every aspect of planning to post event strategy, getting the most mileage from a single fundraiser.
